FaHa World operates an integrated physical and digital retail operation headquartered in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (FZ-LLC). By accessing our storefront or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.

• Direct Catalog Products: Official items bearing FaHa World inventory identifiers (including our signature fragrances like Yara Lattafa Perfumed Spray, Ard Al Zaafaran Dirham Deodorant, Ehsas Eau De Toilette, Sweet Rose Nails, kitchenware, and TigerHead lighting) are dispatched directly from our verified fulfillment warehouses.
• Order Acceptance & Verification: All online orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. FaHa World reserves the right to cancel or place holds on orders suspected of fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing errors, or unauthorized bulk arbitrage.
• Cancellations & Adjustments: You may request an order cancellation or shipping address correction prior to courier dispatch by contacting our 24/7 WhatsApp concierge (+971 58 575 1432) with your Order ID.

In addition to our proprietary inventory, FaHa World curates premium third-party consumer electronics, lifestyle products, and creator tech gear through trusted partner affiliate networks, primarily the Amazon Associates Program and Noon Partner Network.

• Third-Party Transactions: When you click on an affiliate deal button (such as “View on Amazon”), you are redirected to the external platform. That merchant’s terms of service, payment methods, delivery guarantees, and return policies govern your purchase.
• Price & Availability Volatility: Amazon and partner merchant prices, flash discounts, voucher codes, and inventory quantities update in real time. FaHa World does not control third-party price fluctuations.

All direct retail transactions are processed in compliant international currencies (AED, USD, INR, EUR, GBP) using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Digital Payments: Processed securely via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) & Surcharges: All direct prices are all-inclusive with zero added taxes or hidden fees at checkout. The final price you see for every product is the exact amount payable.
• Complimentary Shipping: Delivery within the UAE is free. International shipping charges apply and are confirmed before payment. Import duties, where applicable, are determined by the destination authorities.

All site design, original graphics, product descriptions, photography, software code, and promotional media are the intellectual property of FaHa World or used under licensed partner agreements.

Trademarks such as Apple, iPhone, Amazon, Lattafa, Entity, Ard Al Zaafaran, Sweet Rose, TigerHead, and other referenced third-party marks remain the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders. Mention of these names does not imply direct brand ownership by FaHa World unless expressly stated.

FaHa World provides its catalog and website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain rigorous quality assurance standards for all warehouse dispatches, FaHa World shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from courier transit delays caused by force majeure, border customs holds, or third-party partner merchant delays.

Governing Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
